New week – new possibilities in the kitchen.
You may wonder why I propose heavy lunch dishes, but here in Switzerland lunch is the main meal of the day unlike in Norway where lunch is a 30 minutes break with sandwiches from home.
Feel free to change the dishes around to fit your day or spread it out over two weeks.

Lunch: Pan Fried Salmon with French Fries and Dill Sauce

Dinner: Fresh Potato + Apple Salad
THURSDAY
Lunch: Chicken with Quinoa and Vegetables
Dinner: Leftover Feast! (Set a nice table with candles and fill it with what ever leftovers you have from this week)
FRIDAY
Lunch: Fishcakes and Wild Rice with Lemon Sour Cream Sauce
Dinner: White Pizza
SATURDAY
Lunch: Fried Mushrooms with Fresh Thyme on Rye Bread
Dinner: Beer Fondue
